By accessing or using ZynPost you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

ZynPost is a UK-incorporated company offering its service internationally. Regardless of where you access the service from, your contract is with ZYNPOST LTD, a UK company.

ZynPost is an AI-powered social media scheduling platform that helps small businesses create, generate, schedule and publish content to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Features include AI caption generation, AI image and video generation, a posting queue, brand management, and analytics.

We may add, remove or modify features over time. Where changes materially reduce the value of a paid plan, we will notify subscribers in advance.

To use ZynPost you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher
• Provide accurate, current and complete account information
• Keep your password secure and not share your account with anyone else
• Notify us immediately at support@zynpost.co.uk of any unauthorised access or suspected breach

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

ZynPost offers Free, Growth, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of purchase and may be shown in your local currency where supported by our payment processor (Stripe); otherwise, prices are charged in GBP and converted by your card provider at their prevailing exchange rate.

All paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Where VAT, sales tax, or similar consumption taxes apply based on your location, they will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with applicable law.

ZynPost offers one-off video credit packs (Starter, Standard and Creator) purchasable in addition to your subscription.

• Credit packs are one-off purchases, not recurring charges
• Credits never expire
• Credits are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been consumed
• Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely, including after downgrading your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. When you cancel:

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by local consumer law
• Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation in case you wish to re-subscribe

• Within 7 days of first payment: refunds may be granted if you have not made significant use of the service. Contact billing@zynpost.co.uk.
• After 7 days: no refunds are offered for subscription payments, except where required by applicable local consumer protection law.
• Credit packs: non-refundable once any credits have been used.

Nothing in this section affects any non-excludable statutory consumer rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.

• You own the output. You retain full ownership of all captions, images and videos generated from your prompts and business information, to the extent ownership is available under the law applicable to you.
• ZynPost claims no ownership over your generated content and will not reuse, republish or resell it.
• You are responsible for compliance.You must ensure that any content you publish complies with the terms of each social media platform, applicable copyright laws, advertising standards, safety/PPE regulations, and local laws in your country of operation. ZynPost's AI tools provide general guidance only and are not a substitute for professional or legal advice on regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.
• No guarantee of uniqueness. AI models may occasionally produce similar outputs for different users.

You agree not to use ZynPost to generate or publish spam, scams, illegal content, impersonation, harassment, or adult content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform, or resell / sub-license the service without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You are bound by each connected platform's own terms, guidelines, and advertising policies. ZynPost is not responsible for content rejected, removed, flagged, or shadow-banned by any third-party platform.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for loss caused by temporary unavailability due to maintenance, security updates, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

The ZynPost platform, including its source code, design, logo, trade marks and documentation, is owned by ZYNPOST LTD and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws in the United Kingdom and internationally.

You retain full ownership of your business data, brand assets and AI-generated content, and grant ZynPost a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZYNPOST LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, content penalised by a social platform, or issues caused by third-party services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid to ZynPost in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the law applicable to you (for example, liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZYNPOST LTD from claims, damages, losses, and costs arising from your use or misuse of the platform, content you publish, your violation of these Terms, third-party rights, or any social platform's terms of service, including any local regulatory, safety, PPE, or advertising standards applicable in your country of operation.

By us: we may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

By you: delete your account at any time from Settings. Data is permanently removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations in relevant jurisdictions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights or local court jurisdiction available to you under the law of your country of residence, where such rights or jurisdiction cannot lawfully be excluded or overridden by contract.

If you reside outside the UK and your local law grants you a non-waivable right to bring claims in your local courts or under your local consumer protection framework, that right is preserved.

Images and videos are retained for 24 months from creation, with reminders sent 30 and 7 days before expiry. You can pin posts to keep them permanently (subject to plan limits) and export your media and data at any time from your account settings.

ZynPost offers an optional face reference feature using uploaded photos to generate AI images with your likeness. This feature may be subject to specific legal requirements in your country (for example, biometric privacy laws in certain US states, or data localisation requirements in some countries). By using this feature you confirm you are legally permitted to consent to biometric data processing in your jurisdiction, and you explicitly consent to storage and processing of this data for AI image generation only. You may withdraw consent and delete your photos at any time from Settings. Photos are automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity or upon account deletion.

If your jurisdiction restricts or prohibits biometric data processing or cross-border transfer of biometric data, do not use this feature.

ZynPost is a UK company. By using the platform from outside the UK, you acknowledge your data will be processed under UK data protection law and transferred to the UK/EEA as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of ZynPost complies with local laws applicable to your business, including data protection, consumer protection, and advertising/safety regulations in your country.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give registered users at least 30 days’ notice by email before changes take effect.
